Mid term inspection visits are an extremely important part of the tenancy. This ensures that the property is being looked after and well kept, it will also alert Landlords and Agents of any damage or issues that may need addressing.

Mid Term Inspection can alert both Landlords and Tenants to any potential liabilities that they themselves may be responsible for. Sally will attend the property looking for any signs of neglect or damage. We will make comments of how we see the tenants are taking care of the property and compile a report in accordance with information found. We will forward this report to you via email the same day.
